How to earn points
Balance points
Balance points use the highest eligible account balance within each UTC activity day. Eligible assets, valuation and tiers follow the published rules.
Trading points
Completed quick and group trades qualify under the published rules. Deposits, withdrawals and conversions do not count toward trading points.
When do points expire?
Points are valid for 7 days from their earning date and expire daily. Day 1 points expire on day 8; day 2 points expire on day 9, and so on. Expired points are cleared and cannot be redeemed.
When can I redeem rewards?
Once redemption opens, you can use valid points from the last 7 days according to the published reward rules. There is no need to wait for a fixed 7-day cycle to end. Expired points cannot be redeemed.
